History

Andersen in Italy was born from the union of traditional professional firms that share a global vision of business consulting and a strong client focus.

We specialize in providing tax, legal, and financial assistance to individuals and companies. Our clients are at the heart of our operating model, which is structured to enable us to take an entrepreneurial and proactive approach. Our professionals work directly with the client and, from the first appointment at our office, will support the company throughout the mandate.

In 2014, thanks to the merger of Studio Associato De Vecchi, Studio STB, Studio Liberatori & Associati, and Studio Legale IFF, a project based on integrated skills, internationality and long-standing collaboration took shape. That year, our team became part of Andersen Global, marking the beginning of a path of continuous growth that has led the firm to become a multidisciplinary ecosystem capable of responding with readiness and vision to clients’ challenges.

The founding partners of the firm, Lino De Vecchi, Francesco Trevisanato, Amedeo Liberatori, and Roberto Palea, continue their collaboration with the firm in the role of Honorary Partners.
