First in North America, then in Europe and South America, the member firms of Andersen Global, which until now have operated under the Andersen Tax, Andersen Legal and Andersen Tax & Legal brands, are changing their names to Andersen. The rebranding takes place in the spirit of a large “One Firm” with common values: best-in-class, stewardship, independence, transparency, seamless.

In Europe, the name change involves Italy and 11 other countries. At the same time, the Hungarian firms OrienTax and Szabo Keleman & Partners acquire the Andersen brand; as does B.A. Tax Accountants in Luxembourg.
