Amedeo Liberatori
Amedeo has been working for over forty years in the field of corporate governance, company assessments, tax litigation and due diligence, for listed and unlistedcompanies.
He is currently chairman of the Ethics and Disciplinary Committee of ANDOC (Associazione Nazionale Dottori Commercialisti – National Association of CertifiedAccountants), member of the Committee for the study and ruling of International Accounting Principles created by the National Council of Certified Accountants, memberof the Technical Committee for the ruling of corporate governance standards of ANDAF and member-secretary of the Examination Board for the certification of foreigncitizens for CNDCEC; he held additional institutional positions in the past, including those of councilor of the Association of Certified Accountants of Rome, Chairman ofthe Professional Registration Committee and principal of the Professional Training School for Certified Accountants with the Association of Certified Accountants of Rome.
As an expert on the non-profit sector, he is an auditor for several foundations.
He is also a consultant for several companies in the energy sector, in 1974 Amedeo was one of the founders of the professional firm that has become Noda Studio andnow Andersen in Italy.
