Andersen, recognizing the need to ensure conditions of fairness and transparency in the management of professional activities and to protect the reputation and integrity of its brand and structure, has adopted a Model of Organization, Management and Control in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001.
In the links below, we have published the General Part of the Model and our Code of Ethics with the principles and rules of conduct for all recipients of the Model (employees, consultants, partners) and external parties (such as advisors, suppliers, etc.), with the aim of preventing crimes.
In accordance with the Model, Andersen has designated a Supervisory Board to which anyone who finds themselves in the conditions provided for in the Model can contact by sending an email.
