Saverio provides legal assistance in litigations and advice in the areas of corporate law, business crises and civil law, before the highest jurisdictions as well.
He has gained a significant experience in administrative litigations, with particular focus on the fields of constructions, urban planning and public procurement matters, as well as in labor litigations.
He also provides consultancy and advocacy in the sectors of private procurement, industrial subcontracting, commercial contracts, professional liability and debt collection, both in the judicial phase and in the subsequent enforcement phase.
He obtained the specialization diploma in civil law from the University of Camerino, a Master’s degree in labor law from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and the specialization diploma in administrative law from the «Luiss – Guido Carli» University of Rome.
