M&A Jermann-Antinori: Andersen supports in the sale of shares
Andersen in Italy supported in the due diligence and contractual and fiscal aspects related to the acquisition of the majority share of the historic Friulian wine brand Jermann by Antinori, an international leader in the production and trade of high-end wines.
The Andersen team led by Filippo Brass, partner and certified public accountant, assisted in the tax area by Marco Cerutti and in the legal area by attorneys Nicole Frigo, Antonio de Paoli and Sara Cancian, assisted the noble winery of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in the preparatory activities for the sale of shares.

Jermann was founded in 1881 by Anton Jermann and his descendants have carried on the business. Up to Silvio Jermann who also produced the wine which consecrated the name of Jermann in the Olympus of the sector, Vintage Tunina.
