Nicole Frigo

Nicole is a business lawyer specializing in M&A transactions and legal due diligence, with experience in both domestic and cross-border contexts. She assists financial investors and industrial groups throughout all phases of a transaction, with particular focus on legal due diligence activities and the identification of potential risks and liabilities, as well as on the structuring and negotiation of transactions (including the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, shareholders’ agreements and related contractual documentation).

Nicole has developed significant experience in commercial advisory services to companies, both Italian and international. She assists clients in the drafting, review and analysis of key commercial agreements, in Italian, English and French, and in the definition of governance structures and shareholder relationships, including in international contexts. Her assistance also extends to post-deal phases, supporting clients in the implementation of governance structures, contractual alignment and the ongoing management of legal matters.

She also lectures in the Master in Corporate Law organized by 24Ore Business School.
