Andersen assisted Confartigianato Imprese Lombardia in a Real Estate acquisition

Andersen assisted Confartigianato Imprese Lombardia in the acquisition of the property on Viale Vittorio Veneto in Milan, which has been the association’s headquarters for 30 years, working closely with Regional President Eugenio Massetti and Regional Secretary Carlo Piccinato. Partners Francesca Capoferri and Giovanni Gallucci handled the fiscal aspects of the acquisition. Partner Nicole Frigo managed the legal due diligence, assisted in administrative matters by lawyer Federica Reale.

All contractual aspects, from the signing of the preliminary agreement to the final deed and ancillary contracts, were overseen by Nicole Frigo.

Gallucci and Frigo, along with partner Ivan Gasco, are co-coordinators of the Andersen Real Estate team, operating in every segment of the real estate market (including offices, residential, hotel, retail, and logistics) and covering all project phases: from financial analysis to due diligence, from negotiation and definition of real estate transactions to lease agreements, from contracts to administrative and fiscal management.

Confartigianato Imprese Lombardia, a prominent social actor that has always supported small and medium-sized businesses in the region and promotes the competitive growth of the Lombardy community, has chosen real estate as an asset class in its investment portfolio, reaching an agreement for the purchase of three floors of a building in the Repubblica area owned by Renargia S.p.A. – Gruppo Paletti.
