He assists individuals, resident in Italy or not, in relation to the computation of their level of direct taxation (e.g. tax implications of employee’s benefits and incentive plans; tax treatment of specific components of the remuneration, also upon termination of the employment agreement; tax treatment of inbound and outbound expatriates, and definition of a tax residency checklist) and with voluntary disclosure procedures.
Giovanni is an expert of digital economy taxation, and primary contact advisor of IAB Italia (Interactive Advertising Bureau) for tax issues related to this sector.
