Paola Finetto
Paola is a lawyer with extensive experience in the field of corporate compliance, including data protection and cyber-security law, as well as the criminal corporate liability of entities. She assists clients in developing and updating models according to It. Legal Decree No. 231/2001, in addition to data protection guidelines.
Paola holds the position of Data Protection Officer and Supervisory Body in various companies.
Thanks to her experience, Paola is regularly invited to speak at conferences regarding corporate compliance. Furthermore, she collaborates with SEAC, an It. legal and tax editor, as a co-writer for the Compliance Magazine. Additionally, she assists clients in planning and providing training services in the above-mentioned matters.
Paola provides legal consultancy and advice in the areas of corporate law, including extraordinary transactions, as well as contractual advisory. She also represents clients in civil litigation.
