Luca Chianale

Luca is specialized in providing corporate tax and tax dispute services, direct and indirect tax consulting in domestic and transnational operations, as well as in transfer pricing.

He has experience in supporting financial intermediaries and banking foundations. He advises companies for corporate finance transactions, restructuring and due diligences. Luca assists clients in the incorporation of branches, and in the application of international treaties against double taxation.

Moreover, he is a member of the Board of Auditors, Sole Auditor and Statutory Auditor in companies belonging to industries such as manufacturing and services.
