Andersen assists MW LAK Solutions in the acquisition of INK Maloberti

The lawyer Alessandra Nodari, senior advisor of Andersen, assisted MW LAK Solutions in the management of the provisional exercise and in relations with the Curatela, as well as in the participation in the competitive procedure, in the acquisition of the company INK Maloberti, in bankruptcy.

MW LAK Solutions, controlled by MW LAK LTD of Singapore, operates in the paints and inks sector for the beverage, food and industrial packaging market and has production units in Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore and China. The acquired company, INK Maloberti, is a historical company in the production of metallic packaging inks for the food and industrial sector.

Andersen worked with Studio Donadio & Gaviano Associati and in particular with Mr. Marco Gaviano, who oversaw the agreements with employees and the intervention of the INPS Guarantee Fund.
