Alessandra Nodari

Alessandra is Partner of Andersen in Milan and Brescia. She graduated in Law, Commercial and Business Law, from the “Luigi Bocconi” Commercial University of Milan in 2004.​

She obtained her professional qualification at the Court of Appeal of Milan in 2007 and since 2008 she has been a member of the Milan Bar Association, where she has worked in primary law firms dealing with corporate governance, contracts, commercial and corporate litigation, including international litigation.​ She attended the specialization course in Financial Market Law at the University of Milan, academic year 2010/2011.​

She mainly deals with bankruptcy law and restructuring procedures, in particular access to restructuring plans and restructuring agreements, as well as access to bankruptcy proceedings such as composition and bankruptcy agreements. She also deals with extraordinary turnaround and credit management operations (including NPLs or UTPs). ​

Furthermore, she deals with corporate and commercial law, as well as tax law (litigation and tax transactions in bankruptcy proceedings).
