Andersen advises Feelera on its sale to C.O.B.O.

The Andersen team assisted the innovative start-up Feelera S.r.l., a Benefit Corporation led by CEO Gianluca Mazza and active in the supply chain traceability services sector, in its acquisition by C.O.B.O. S.p.A., a company specialising in the design, development, and supply of global solutions and integrated systems for the off-highway vehicle market.

The firm handled legal and tax due diligence activities, as well as the negotiation of the share transfer agreement and all ancillary contracts, with a team led by the firm’s Head of Legal, Andrea Ferrandi, and composed of partners Nicole Frigo and Stefania Zanotti, supported by senior associate Kenneth Poruthotage.

The buyers were assisted by Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati.
