4cLegal: comment on legal disputes caused by health emergency

The trade associations underline the danger for many small and medium-sized companies of not being able to face the controversies that would arise at the end of the current health emergency. Many products and services not used by consumers due to the restrictions imposed, can hardly be renegotiated with their respective suppliers, with the consequent risk of an increase in requests for intervention on the legal front due to contractual breach.

The need to create measures aimed at protecting the liquidity of companies and their production capacity is therefore highlighted, supporting the parties involved with investments and legal strategies oriented in this direction.
