Andrea Ferrandi
Andrea has gained significant experience in providing legal assistance in civil and commercial disputes, such as ordinary cognition, summary or emergency proceedings also before specialized sections and arbitration courts, with particular focus on contractual violations, liability of directors and other corporate bodies, disputes between shareholders.
He has worked out numerous insolvency and insolvency proceedings. He advises and assists clients in the acquisition of activities (shareholdings or company branches) and assets (fixed and non-fixed assets, business units), including during bankruptcy procedures and composition estimate. In the context of bankruptcy proceedings, he helps and advises the debtor in the preparation of sureties and bank guarantees. He also supports in before and after stage of bankruptcy composition.
In credit recovery activities, he assists creditors for the collection of their credits, through summary proceedings and subsequent enforcement activities and/or insolvency.
Andrea also has important experience in negotiating and preparing the most frequent commercial contracts.
Andrea also works on the defense of his clients within the context of ordinary cognitive process. He also provides his services in the subsequent rendering of property and foreclosure proceedings and in consulting and drafting of settlement agreements.
He is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation.
