Three new Associate Partners in the firm

Davide Centurelli, Alessandro Poli and Stefano Rossi are appointed Associate Partners, after years of experience and work in the Firm

The number of associate partners of the Firm has risen to 11, thanks to the recent appointment of Davide Centurelli, Stefano Rossi and Alessandro Poli.

The three professionals have long worked as senior managers for Andersen and this internal growth is intended to reward the professionalism of the staff who over the years have demonstrated expertise and commitment both in client support and in the development of the structure.

 

Davide Centurelli, a chartered accountant expert in tax planning and member of Andersen Global’s European VAT service line, specializes in advising foreign companies operating in Italy through a VAT position and supports the legal team in tax audit and tax litigation procedures.

 

Stefano Rossi, a chartered accountant specialized in Transfer Pricing, is the coordinator of TP’s European service line. He supports global practice clients in cross-border projects in BAPA or MAP (profit allocation to foreign permanent establishments, financial transactions, IP). In particular, he specializes in banking & finance, automotive, manufacturing and real estate sectors.

 

Alessandro Poli, a tax attorney and tax law expert at the University of Padua since 2009, assists multinational and small-to-medium sized companies in tax litigation including transfer pricing and use of invoices for non-existent transactions, as well as individuals for income tax and registration disputes.
