Roberta Sartori

Roberta is a lawyer and provides legal advice and assistance in civil law matters, in judicial and extrajudicial areas, both to individuals and companies.

She mainly deals with property, obligations and contracts, both in mediation proceedings and in ordinary litigation, summary and precautionary judgments, including emergency ones.

She also deals with credit recovery, in the pre-litigation phase, as well as in judicial, including executive and bankruptcy.

Over the years, she also gained experience in banking law, with reference to non-performing loans, in the interest of credit institutions.
