Matteo Calvi

Matteo regularly assists Italian and international clients in drafting and negotiating contracts in the real estate and industrial sectors, in both domestic and cross-border deals.

He supports managers, directors and shareholders in setting up corporate governance structures and managing ordinary and extraordinary corporate operations, overseen all stages of the process through to closing.

He provides contractual and corporate advice, dealing with company formations (including preliminary planning and drafting of articles of association, bylaws and shareholders’ agreements), opinions on strategic aspects of corporate law, due diligence, structuring and negotiation of transaction terms, both on the seller’s and buyer’s side.

He also assists clients in commercial litigation, including through the use of ADR tools, leveraging the experience gained at a leading Italian law firm.
