Marta Pasqui

Marta acts as an bankruptcy receiver with the Courts of Milan and is specialized in bankruptcy proceedings. She supports the clients of the firm in all phases of the business crisis.

She backs up Receivers in the management of several bankruptcy procedures, especially in social assets’ winding up, in debt recovery and in all activities to satisfy creditors.

She has experience in wording of recovery and restructuring plans provided by the Bankruptcy Law.

She gives assistance to limited companies, supporting them in tax advice, especially in setting up of financial statements and Corporate Income Tax and VAT returns.

Moreover, Marta has experience in firm’s valuations and expert opinions.
