She has experience in direct and indirect national taxation of industrial companies, large-scale retailers, holding companies, and international corporate groups, including listed ones, and international taxation (CFC – Controlled Foreign Companies and Transfer Pricing).
She has experience in corporate reorganizations and extraordinary operations of national and international corporate groups.She is specialized in assisting companies in the field of tax benefits (R&D tax credit and patent box).
Manuela is coordinator of the Working Group on Corporate Income Tax of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Turin.
