He provides legal assistance and advice to companies, corporate groups and creditors in the context of corporate and restructuring proceedings relating to corporate crises, with a particular focus on governance, management and the resolution of disputes between shareholders, as well as on corporate issues arising from periods of financial difficulty, including the drafting and negotiation of recovery plans and the management of and assistance with insolvency proceedings.

He has gained significant experience in providing assistance and advice in the field of Restructuring & Insolvency, particularly in all matters relating to the protection of companies in crisis, and specifically in assisting with debt restructuring agreements, concordati preventivi, composizione negoziata della crisi, corporate recovery and reorganisation operations, and extraordinary transactions linked to restructuring processes.

He has gained experience in insolvency litigation and competitive proceedings.

He is also the author of numerous publications on insolvency and banking law.​
