Leonardo Esposito

Leonardo is specialized in judicial and extrajudicial assistance in the commercial sector (particularly corporate and contract law as well as in civil matters.

He has gained experience as a lawyer advising both domestic and international clients, with a focus on litigation and procedural matters, as well as drafting legal opinions on various topics, including the powers and duties of statutory auditors (collegi sindacali), corporate financing, and the invalidity of legal acts.

His areas of practice include, among others, challenges to financial statements, commercial contracts, investment agreements, consortium companies, and corporate insolvency.

His main professional experiences also include a collaboration with the Italian Court of Cassation, Second Civil Division, within the framework of a traineeship program pursuant to Article 73 of Law Decre No. 69/2013, as well as several scientific publications.
