Jacopo Celesia

Jacopo Celesia is a partner in the Litigation, Arbitration, and ADR practice in Milan.

He joined Andersen in 2026, having previously spent 15 years in the litigation department of a leading national law firm.

Jacopo has gained extensive experience in the management of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and arbitration – both domestic and international – in the civil and industrial procurement sector. He regularly handles significant litigation in the pharmaceutical, automotive, and new technology sectors.

Jacopo also regularly assists asset management companies and investment funds, corporations, and family offices in significant litigation relating to property rights, claims under Article 1669 of the Italian Civil Code, emissions, ordinary and bankruptcy revocation actions.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jacopo has gained extensive experience in complex real estate transactions (large-scale leases, sales, and business leases) in the logistics, hospitality, and commercial sectors, with a particular focus on retail properties, both in terms of due diligence and the negotiation and drafting of related contracts.

His experience also focuses on emergency protection measures in relation to unfair competition practices, real estate asset protection, consumer protection, and civil torts.

Among other things, Jacopo has obtained injunctions before national and international authorities to protect cryptocurrency portfolios.
