He has been working in the U.S. for five years, assisting Italian retail companies in a Las Vegas resort. He assisted them with a broad range of tax, financial and business matters.
Guido is specialized in asset and wealth management, and tax and estate planning matters for individuals and families. Guido has expertise in minimizing income, estate and gift taxes and foreign investments in financial assets and real estate, for integrated tax and estate planning matters.
He advises owners, families, family businesses, private equity and asset management stakeholders as well as high net worth individuals on personal, compliance and business tax planning. This tax planning includes: family governance services, asset protection, estate and succession planning, sensitive wealth transfers and philanthropic planning.
Guido is also an expert in non-profit sector activities and in charitable and philanthropic matters for individuals and legal entities. He also supports businesses run by foreign individuals in Italy.
