Giulia Anania
Giulia is a labour law specialist. She provides legal advice and assistance to Italian and international clients on a broad range of employment law matters.
She advises on the ordinary and extraordinary management of employment relationships, covering all stages of the employment lifecycle, from hiring – with a particular focus on employment contracts – to the ongoing management and termination of employment. She also assists in matters concerning individual and collective dismissals, transfers, suspension of employment relationships and disciplinary proceedings, as well as disputes relating to job classification, changes in duties and non-compete covenants.
Giulia further advises on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, transfers of undertakings and outsourcing processes, and on the management of executive, quasi-subordinate and self-employed relationships, including commercial agency agreements.
She has developed in-depth experience in the management of subcontracting and service agreements.
