His experience in tax and corporate matters consisting of accounting due diligence, company valuations and extraordinary transactions, covers a wide range of sectors.
Giovanni is an expert in general and analytical accounting and provides clients with ordinary and extraordinary consultancy related to the most significant corporate events.
He carries out budgeting and forecasting activities and has gained audit experience at national level and acts as auditor and statutory auditor in several companies. Significant capabilities have also been acquired in contractual matters, in assisting clients during tax audits and in tax litigation.
