Federico Fornaroli
Federico has been practising law for over 10 years, specialising in employment law within M&A transactions, carve-outs, business transfer, corporate reorganisations (including crisis cases), and in-court and out-of-court assistance.
Federico daily assists Italian and foreign clients with all Italian labour law matters, including employment contracts and terminations (of any nature), retention agreements, agency contracts, salary package management and implementation, and relations with Unions.
He also accrued a deep experience in handling services agreements and the outsourcing processes.
In the last few years, Federico taught university courses about labour-employment law and, lastly, as a lecturer at G. Fortunato University Master’s, where he held the full course of labour-employment subjects.
Further, Federico is the author of multiple articles on labour-employment law in specialist journals and gained significant professional experience in labour law, union and social security law within several leading international law firms which assist national and international clients.
