Federico combines the lawyer’s problem-solving approach with the accountant’s practicality. His areas of practice include M&A, tax litigation, and art tax.
During his professional career, he has gained experience in business law and assistance in shareholdings and corporate reorganizations.
He also offers support to companies in enterprise evaluation and generational transfer.He also assists with tax audits, pre-judicial conciliation procedures, and taxpayer advocacy in tax litigation.
Federico has authored several publications on the taxation of art and the transmission of family collections.
He has been a co-teacher in postgraduate master’s degrees and advanced training courses for professionals.
