Edoardo Vittorio Lazzaro

Edoardo is a lawyer who has gained significant experience in the field of corporate criminal law and corporate compliance, with a particular focus on the administrative liability of legal entities for criminal offenses under Legislative Decree 231/2001.

He assists domestic and international companies in managing compliance issues and criminal risk profiles related to business operations. He supports clients in the preparation and implementation of Organizational, Management, and Control Models, as well as in defining internal policies and procedures aimed at strengthening corporate control systems and preventing crimes.

As part of his professional practice, he supports Supervisory Boards, conducts audits and due diligence, manages inspections and relations with supervisory authorities, as well as internal reports and investigations.

He is admitted to the Bar of Milan and has been a member of the Milan Criminal Bar Association since 2026.
