Edoardo Fea

Edoardo specializes in administrative, corporate and tax advisory to Italian and foreign listed and unlisted groups operating in sectors such as finance, insurance, automotive, logistics, energy and utilities.

His broad expertise includes advizing on extraordinary corporate transactions and structured finance (M&A), management control and business plans, transfer pricing and ESG issues.

Edoardo is Chairman and member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies in the banking, insurance, financial, food & beverage, pharmaceutical and private equity sectors.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of several listed companies.

He is currently a Director of a non-profit organization of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Turin.
