Daniela has handled numerous disputes with the tax authorities, refining her knowledge and management skills of these aspects, specializing in the use of international dispute resolution mechanisms. In this context, she has developed a great experience in supporting companies in the submission of Advance Price Agreement procedures to prevent and limit risks associated with transfer pricing disputes.
