Chiara Mosconi

Chiara Mosconi is a Senior Advisor at the Brescia office, where she assists companies and private individuals both in court, in civil proceedings, and out of court.​

She graduated in Law from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in February 2003, with a dissertation in commercial criminal law. She has obtained her professional qualification before the Milan Court of Appeal in 2006. She is a member of the Milan Lawyer Association, and, in Milan, she has practised law at several leading law firms.​

She has more than twenty years of experience in banking, company, commercial and financial law, as well as property and real estate law.

Particularly in the banking and financial sector, she has provided – and continues to provide – both in-court and out-of-court assistance to leading credit institutions.​

She assists clients, in the corporate and commercial fields, on extraordinary transactions, negotiation, drafting and execution of commercial agreements and in their dealings with financial institutions.

She has also gained significant experience in advising and assisting companies in context of corporate crisis and in restructuring strategies for turnarounds, pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings, as well as in property and real estate law, assisting major international clients on property investment transactions in Italy or competitive auctions
