Alessandra Nodari
Alessandra Nodari is a Partner at Andersen in Milan and Brescia. She graduated in Law, specializing in Commercial and Corporate Law, from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan in 2004.
She was admitted to the Bar by the Court of Appeal of Milan in 2007 and has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2008, where she has practiced in leading law firms, dealing with corporate governance, contracts, commercial and corporate litigation, including international cases.
She attended a specialization course in Financial Markets Law at the University of Milan.
She has gained significant experience in providing assistance and advice in the field of Restructuring & Insolvency, in particular for all services related to the protection of companies in crisis, and in particular in assisting with corporate reorganizations and recovery strategies in turnaround, pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings.
She has developed a particular focus on complex trading transactions involving distressed debt or distressed M&A in various product sectors, including those involved in the securitization of NPL and UTP receivables and/or participatory financial instruments or investments in distressed assets, in the context of securitization, structured finance and project financing transactions, derivative financial instruments and other financial transactions, in the protection of banks or credit funds or foreign investors.
Sh has also gained specific experience in providing legal assistance to management bodies and professionals involved in various capacities in the field of crisis and bankruptcy law.
