Alberto is a Manager in Andersen’s Italian Valuation & Modeling team. He has gained experience in Corporate Finance, with a particular focus on the valuation of companies, business units and intangible assets, as well as on the preparation and analysis of business plans, financial models and economic-financial documentation in support of extraordinary transactions.
Before joining Andersen, he gained experience working in structured and multidisciplinary professional environments and supporting teams and clients in valuation assignments for accounting, tax, corporate and transaction-related purposes.
In the valuation area, Alberto’s experience includes valuations for financial reporting purposes, including Impairment Tests and Purchase Price Allocations, valuations in support of M&A transactions, as well as the preparation of reports, opinions and expert appraisals for legal and corporate purposes. He has also worked on valuations of companies, shareholdings, business units and intangible assets in the context of extraordinary transactions.
With reference to Modeling, Alberto has experience in the preparation and analysis of business plans, budgets, and stand-alone and consolidated financial models.
He has an academic background in economics and business administration, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Law. He is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Since 2026, he has served as Teaching Assistant for the Valuation course (M.Sc.) at Bocconi University.
