Influencer marketing and sponsorship: Noberasco supported by Andersen
Andersen in Italy provided assistance in the negotiation and contractualization to define all aspects of influencer marketing and brand promotion of Noberasco SpA in the sporting event.
Lawyer Gilberto Cavagna di Gualdana, partner of Andersen specialized in intellectual property and sports law, assisted the marketing department of Noberasco, a well-known Italian company in the food sector and a leader in the dried and dehydrated fruit market, in the negotiation of the sponsorship contract with I Tennis Foundation, a non-profit association aimed at promoting at national and international level the practice and development of sports activities in all its components and aimed, in particular, at children/young people belonging to economically disadvantaged families.
Lawyer Cavagna provided support in the contracting between the company and the association of the terms and conditions of the sponsorship aimed at contributing to the sustenance of sports training aimed at the inclusion in the professional tennis circuit of the most deserving young talents, but lacking the necessary financial means, carried out by the I Tennis Foundation.
The assistance also concerned the regulation of influencer marketing initiatives on social networks and, more generally, the promotion of the Noberasco SpA brand.
