Andersen announces the entry of lawyer Gianclaudio Fischetti into its Restructuring & Insolvency department.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate, insolvency, and restructuring procedures, with a particular focus on managing conflicts among partners and providing legal assistance in insolvency proceedings, Fischetti enhances the capabilities of the department. This department is coordinated by partner and chartered accountant Stefano Uglietti, expanding its skills and scope of action.
Joining the team alongside him is young lawyer Beatrice Gragnoli, confirming the commitment to fostering the development of new talents seen as the future of professional consulting.
