Gherardo Cadore new partner specialized in M&A
Andersen welcomes Gherardo Cadore, a lawyer specialized in Corporate M&A, with particular experience in the fashion, energy and medical sectors. He strengthens Andersen’s department of extraordinary operations, led by partner Francesco Inturri, which thus reaches a total of twenty professionals, including lawyers, accountants and financial advisors.
“Gherardo is a professional of great depth – says Andrea De Vecchi, CEO of Andersen in Italy and co-Managing Partner of the European Region for Andersen Global – who well integrates the interdisciplinary team of M&A. He is a professional who has the will to build: there are many good lawyers, but there are not many who want to develop, who have a strong commercial nature and are also committed to giving a boost to the training of younger colleagues”.
Gherardo Cadore deals with corporate and commercial law, national and international contracts, with a particular specialization in privatization operations, acquisitions and takeover bids. In the past, he has advised investment funds and numerous Italian and foreign operators and has worked both in London and New York.
In Gianni & Origoni, where he received his professional training with a collaboration that began in 2001, he also actively contributed to the tutoring project, focusing on the training of young professionals and the verification of their growth processes.
“From the very first meetings – comments Gherardo Cadore – I liked both the human values of the partners and the projects in which the firm is investing. I am honored to join Andersen and to be able to contribute to the growth of this reality”.
