France regulate the job of “baby influencer”

Gilberto Cavagna comments in an article published by Brand News on the new law released in France that regulates the activity of so-called baby influencers.

The growing phenomenon of influencer marketing often see minors involved in the promotion of products through targeted advertising campaigns. The choice of the right influencer is one of the successful elements of the  campaign itself.

Although in Italy there is still no a targeted  legislation to protect small influencers (the system reserved for minors is currently applied), some countries created specific laws to protect minors employed in particular industries.

The case constitutes a springboard for the regulatory development to protect new sectors and “professional” figures.
