Maurizio Di Salvo appointed associate partner. Andersen strengthens the private client department
Di Salvo is one of the Italian STEP partners, specializing in business succession and tax planning for HNWIs, entrepreneurs and personalities.
Andersen promotes the internal growth of Maurizio Di Salvo, appointed associate partner, after three years as of counsel.
A certified public accountant and lawyer and part of the professionals of the firm since 2016, Maurizio specializes in domestic, European and international tax matters. He has consolidated expertise in the field of personal and family assets, including for tax planning in estate succession and capital management abroad.
Di Salvo is a member of STEP, Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Register of professionals in the field of trusts, estates and successions, which has more than 20,000 members worldwide and only 200 in Italy. And this appointment at Andersen underlines the importance of private clients for the firm: Maurizio joins the team led by Guido Sesani, partner and coordinator of the European service line dedicated to individuals. The Private Client Services department deals with the management and protection of assets through planning tools, working in synergy with Andersen Global’s foreign firms and colleagues.

Maurizio holds an LLM from the University of Vienna, he also deals with pre-litigation and litigation matters and assists companies and financial institutions in M&A, corporate reorganizations, asset finance and structured finance.
