Gilberto Cavagna assists Noberasco on sponsorship and influencer marketing activities

Noberasco S.p.A., an important Italian company in the food sector and leader in the dried and dehydrated fruit market, and its marketing department were supported by lawyer Gilberto Cavagna in the negotiation of sponsorship contracts with sportsmen and athletes.

Since last September, part of the Andersen team as associate partner, Cavagna assisted the company in the negotiation of contracts between Noberasco and well-known sports personalities. Among them, the tennis player Lorenzo Musetti, the winner also of the Australian Open 2019 in the Under 18 category, and the skier Arianna Tricomi, for three consecutive years from 2018 to 2020 world champion in the Freeride World Tour circuit.

The lawyer Cavagna – specialized in intellectual property law and sport – also worked on the preparation of guidelines on influencer marketing, i.e. the distribution of images and videos and the sending of comments on blogs and social networks (such as Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) of those who support the brand with their posts and likes, generating an advertising effect.
