Assolombarda and Andersen: workshop on the M&A process

The activities of the “M&A” Working Group of Assolombarda coordinated by Andersen are resumed.

Our professionals, in fact, in October 2019 had started a cycle of meetings on the legal, tax and international accounting aspects related to M&A transactions, then suspended due to the pandemic.

The cycle starts again on Thursday, April 29, 2021, in webinar mode, and will continue until July.

To register, please send an email to the Secretariat of the Tax and Business Law Sector of Assolombarda: fisc@assolombarda.it.

At the Assolombarda headquarters in Milan, our professionals will talk on a monthly basis to entrepreneurs, CFOs, Legal Counsels, and HR managers on M&A activities in an interactive and non-academic way.

The following topics will be analyzed: risks and opportunities, company valuation methods, banking finance, the differences between being a Buyer or a Vendor, the comparison between the Main Agreements and the Accessory Agreements.
During the workshop, the governance structure, the setting up of extraordinary operations in a tax perspective, the assessment of fiscal levers, the application of international accounting principles to specific contractual clauses will also be studied in depth.
