Assolombarda and Andersen: workshop on the M&A process

The activities of the “M&A” Working Group of Assolombarda coordinated by Andersen are resumed.

The cycle starts again on Thursday, April 29, 2021, in webinar mode, and will continue until July.

At the Assolombarda headquarters in Milan, our professionals will talk on a monthly basis to entrepreneurs, CFOs, Legal Counsels, and HR managers on M&A activities in an interactive and non-academic way.

The following topics will be analyzed: risks and opportunities, company valuation methods, banking finance, the differences between being a Buyer or a Vendor, the comparison between the Main Agreements and the Accessory Agreements.
During the workshop, the governance structure, the setting up of extraordinary operations in a tax perspective, the assessment of fiscal levers, the application of international accounting principles to specific contractual clauses will also be studied in depth.

 

Assolombarda is the largest territorial association of companies that collects approximately 6.000 firms located in the Provinces of Milan, Lodi and Monza and Brianza. Assolombarda is part of Confindustria (Italian Entrepreneurial Association). In the associated enterprises work more than 365.000 employees locally and several hundred thousand in the whole country.
