Our Values

We believe in the possibility of finding fulfillment through our work, helping to improve people’s lives and the management of the companies where they work. We feel that, each according to our professional calling, we play an essential role in the smooth functioning and progress of society.

With this belief, in 2014, three firms with long-standing traditions (two with a professional history dating back to the 1920s and a third established in the 1970s) and a young law firm joined forces, confident that only by uniting our strengths and focusing on specialization can we address the complexity of today’s legal and economic landscape and offer solutions tailored to people’s needs and the demands of the present era. Over time, professionals and groups of professionals of unquestionable merit have joined us, adding value to the initiative by sharing its values and goals.

We believe we have a responsibility toward future generations and in recognizing merit. For this reason, we have relinquished part of our autonomy, moving beyond the traditional firm model passed down from father to son, to bring together young colleagues with the aim of helping them grow alongside us and eventually become our partners. People are our greatest asset; each of us is aware that we must commit ourselves, in our respective roles, to upholding the responsibility of belonging to a group that must grow united.

We believe in an increasingly integrated world where people engage with diverse peoples and cultures and where, through this exchange, new opportunities for growth can be created for everyone. For this reason, we have joined the international association of professional firms Andersen Global to expand opportunities for collaboration and support for those who, like us, believe in the potential for experience and development beyond their own borders.

Without hypocrisy, we expect to receive fair compensation for our work, but we believe that this is the result of our values, the way we work, and the solutions we strive to provide to people; it is not our primary motivation.

To succeed in what we believe in, we are committed to acting with honesty, dignity, discretion, fairness, transparency, and loyalty. We are also committed to treating those who turn to us with diligence and professionalism, doing everything possible to provide the best solutions, while respecting both those we work with and ourselves.
