Andersen in Italy Welcomes Associate Partner Gilberto Cavagna

Andersen in Italy announces the incorporation of Gilberto Cavagna as an Associate Partner, specializing in intellectual property law and art.

Prior to joining Andersen, Gilberto worked for national law firm, BonelliErede, Negri-Clementi and MilaLega, and international law firm, Lovells. Additionally, Gilberto is a member of the Milan Bar Association and a has represented clients before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office of the Ministry of Economic Development.

Author of numerous monographic texts, Gilberto created the LinkedIn blog Tip Tap – Thoughts on Intellectual Propertyb and Art Protection and regularly writes in newspapers, magazines and newsletters on intellectual property and art. He is also a lecturer at 24ORE Business School, IED and specialist university courses and has been selected as an expert on intellectual property issues by the Chambers of Commerce of Milan, Genoa, Pavia and Turin.
