Andersen assists Movex in acquisition in Spain: the transaction reported by Il Sole 24 Ore

The transaction was handled by Andersen’s Corporate Finance team, led by partner Cesare Conti, and in particular by the Debt Advisory service line with Paola Pellegrini, Andrea Davide D’Avanzo, and Sandro Ravera Chion, who, in addition to directly identifying the Spanish target, assisted Movex in finding the necessary debt to acquire it through a private equity fund. The firm’s support enabled Movex to integrate the investment into a broader strategy of international growth and consolidation of the European supply chain.
