Cesare Conti
Cesare coordinates the Corporate Finance Advisory Business Unit at Andersen, assisting companies, banks, private equity funds, public entities, and professional/legal firms by providing them with independent advisory and fairness opinions on topics such as company valuations, restructuring plans assessments, debt advisory (including acquisition financing, refinancing, and debt restructuring), and financial risk management (designing, restructuring, and executing hedging strategies for interest rate and exchange rate risks). Furthermore, he specializes in litigation (Court Technical Expertise and Court Technical Panel).
He is a professor of corporate finance in the Finance Department at Bocconi University in Milan, where he served as the director of the Master of Science in Finance from 2019 to 2022. Currently, he is in charge of courses and seminars on corporate finance, sustainable finance, company valuation, and financial & enterprise risk management. He has written and edited articles and manuals on these subjects, as well as on corporate governance, and has participated as a speaker in conferences and webinars.
