Matilde Fassio

A graduate in Accounting, Financial management and Control from Bocconi University, Matilde has been contributing to the Corporate Finance & Valuation team since 2020.

Thanks to the projects carried out, she has acquired knowledge on all aspects of valuation practice (from the application and interpretation of the main business valuation methods to the execution of business plans) and of the M&A process (from financial statement analysis and preparation of teaser and information memorandum to the preparatory activities for the signing and closing of a transaction).

Matilde provides support for strategic analysis and business plans in several corporate contexts.

Her experience is based on the analysis of strategic options and achievable economies/synergies in business combinations, supporting sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions with a specific focus on small and medium-sized companies.
