Davide Tosi

Davide has gained experience in administrative, tax and accounting consultancy and in the preparation of the financial statements, in the preparation of tax returns (direct and indirect taxes), mainly for joint stock companies.

It assists clients in preparing periodic tax communications and in complementary obligations to them.

He has gained experience in the drafting of the Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

He assists clients in litigation and in relations with tax offices.

Over the years he has gained experience in accounting and tax due diligence and analysis of supporting documentation.

He holds corporate positions as a member of the board of statutory auditors, and of supervisory bodies, as well as holding positions as statutory auditor also in non-profit-making subjects belonging to the third sector.
