The urgent measures that the Government intends to adopt for the whole national territory, could be useful in the main sectors of commercial and economic activity.<\/p>\n<p>The provisions of the DPCM shall provide for the observance of restrictive measures from May 18, 2020 until June 14, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Contain the contagion<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>It is provided that, subject to compliance with the ban on assembly and the interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter, it is <u>permitted<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>public access to parks, villas and public gardens<\/li>\n<li>from <strong>15 June 2020<\/strong>, children and young people can access to places for recreational and educational activities; Regions and Autonomous Provinces may set a different date, earlier or later<\/li>\n<li>carry out outdoor sports or exercise activities, subject to compliance with the interpersonal safety distance of at least two meters for the sporting activity and at least one meter for any other activity<\/li>\n<li>as from <strong>25 May 2020<\/strong>, sports and physical activity in gyms, swimming pools, public and private sports centers, and clubs shall be permitted; Regions and Autonomous Provinces may set a different date, earlier or later<\/li>\n<li>the holding of public events<\/li>\n<li>access to places of cult<\/li>\n<li>the opening to the public of museums and other cultural institutions and places<\/li>\n<li>the provision of banking, financial and insurance services, as well as the activities of the agricultural and zootechnical sector of agro-food processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The exercise of retail business activities is <u>permitted<\/u>, if it is ensured that entry is deferred and that it is prevented from staying on the premises longer than the time necessary to purchase the goods.<\/p>\n<p>Also, provided that the Regions and autonomous provinces have previously ascertained that the activities are compatible with the development of the epidemiological situation, following the criteria set out in Annex 10, they shall be <u>permitted<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>food service activities, including home delivery and takeaway food service activities<\/li>\n<li>personal service activities<\/li>\n<li>bathing establishment activities<\/li>\n<li>the activities of accommodation establishments<\/li>\n<li>food and beverage services in hospitals and airports remain open, subject to respect for the interpersonal distance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suspended activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>sporting events and competitions<\/li>\n<li>the activities of amusement arcades, betting and bingo halls<\/li>\n<li>performances open to the public in theatres, concert halls, cinemas, and other open-air spaces, <strong>until 14 June 2020<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>educational services for children, as well as attendance of school and higher education activities, including Universities, Institution of Higher Artistic Musical and Coreutic Training, professional courses, masters, courses for health professions, and universities for the elderly, in addition to training activities carried out by other public bodies.<\/li>\n<li>congresses, meetings and social events<\/li>\n<li>the activities of wellness centers, spas, cultural centers, and social centers, except for the provision of services falling within the essential levels of care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Regarding <strong>professional activities<\/strong>, it is recommended that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>smart working must be encouraged<\/li>\n<li>paid holidays and leave for employees should be encouraged<\/li>\n<li>anti-contamination safety protocols should be adopted<\/li>\n<li>workplace sanitization operations are encouraged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Entry requirements in Italy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Anyone wishing to enter in Italy<\/strong>, using scheduled transport of any kind, must deliver to the carrier, during the embarkation phase, a <strong>declaration<\/strong> in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree 445 dated December 28, 2000.<\/p>\n<p>The declaration must state clearly and in detail:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>the reason for the journey<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the <strong>address <\/strong>of the <strong>place where<\/strong> the person will spend the 14-day <strong>mandatory quarantine period<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>the private transport which he or she will use to return home<\/li>\n<li>the <strong>telephone number<\/strong> to receive communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>All people who enter Italy<\/strong> by public or private transport, even if asymptomatic, must <strong>communicate their arrival to the Prevention Departmen<\/strong>t which will indicate the procedures for <strong>the 14-day mandatory quarantine period<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>People subject to health surveillance measures who do not have Covid-19 symptoms at the end of the 14-day period provided for by law will be allowed to <strong>move to a different residence <\/strong>by sending a communication to the Health Authority indicating their new address and the route they intend to take to reach it. In this case, a new period of quarantine has to be observed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The rules<\/strong> regarding the entry and stay in the Italian territory listed above <strong>are not applied<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>to the <strong>crew<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>health personnel<\/strong> entering in Italy for the exercise of health professional qualifications including the temporary exercise provided for in Article 13 of Decree-Law no. 18 published on March 17, 2020<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>cross-border workers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>employees of companies with registered or secondary headquarters in Italy<\/strong> for working reasons. The stay must not exceed 72 hours, unless a justified extension for specific needs of an additional 48 hours<\/li>\n<li>people who have to move to and from <strong>the Republic of San Marino or the Vatican City State<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>officials and agents<\/strong>, however named, of the European Union or international organizations, diplomatic agents<\/li>\n<li>administrative and technical <strong>staff of diplomatic missions<\/strong>, officials and consular officers<\/li>\n<li><strong>pupils and students<\/strong> for the purpose of attending a course of study in a State other than their State of residence to which they return every day or at least one day per week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>More info and details in the circular attached.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers dated May 17, 2020 (DPCM) contains guidelines aimed at facilitating companies in the adoption of anti-contagion safety protocols.
