{"id":7531,"date":"2020-04-15T14:38:53","date_gmt":"2020-04-15T12:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/decreto-liquidita-main-financial-measures\/"},"modified":"2020-06-26T15:02:13","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T13:02:13","slug":"decreto-liquidita-main-financial-measures","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/it.andersen.com\/en\/decreto-liquidita-main-financial-measures\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Decreto Liquidit\u00e0&#8221;: main financial measures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On 8 April 2020, Decree-Law no. 23\/2020, the so-called \u201cDecreto Liquidit\u00e0\u201d intervenes to ensure the necessary liquidity to companies based in Italy, affected by the Covid-19 epidemic; in particular, thanks to the intervention of SACE S.p.A., guarantees are provided, until 31\/12\/2020, in favour of banks, national and international financial institutions and other entities authorized to exercise credit in Italy, in support of <strong>loans to companies in any form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the size of the company requesting the guarantee covers from 70% to 90% of the loan, below certain thresholds and has a maximum duration of 6 years.
