The so called \u201csoft\u201d period provided for by article 22, paragraph 13 of Legislative Decree 101\/2018 &#8211; by which during the first eight months starting from September 2018 the Italian Data Protection Authority does not impose any GDPR related penalty \u2013 will expire on May 19th. All operators are encouraged to make an assessment for complying with the GDPR rules.
